Recommended Baby Products
With so many baby products on the market, it can be confusing to know which ones are actually important. Here are some that I've found to be useful for sleeping tools.
Conair Sound Therapy
Conair Sound Therapy machine is the best white noise machine for your money. It is about $20 on Amazon and gets loud enough to soothe your baby during sleep. It runs by electricity or batteries, so it works well to take in the car, too!
44x44 inches Swaddling Blankets
Swaddling is another key soothing technique to help your baby sleep better. Large, square blankets work the best in order to get a nice, tight swaddle with a large "tail" of fabric left over to wrap fully around the baby's arms and tuck into the front. Cotton Wood Baby Products carries the colors pictured. Purchasing 2-4 for one baby and 4-6 for twins will be enough if you do laundry every other day or so.
