Birth Doula

Birth Doula packages start at $2,000. You’re welcome to add any of my classes to your Birth Doula package and receive 10% off the total. It’s a simple way to bundle support and save. I am Carrot Fertility approved and can help you navigate getting reimbursed.

Birth is a powerful and personal journey. Having experienced both medicated and unmedicated births myself, I understand the range of preferences and emotions involved. My goal is to support you in creating a birth plan that aligns with your values, whether you're aiming for an intervention-free experience or planning to use pain relief. Whatever your path, I’m here to empower and support you every step of the way.

 

I believe deeply in the strength and wisdom of the birthing body. While I don’t offer medical advice or replace your provider, I’ll help you navigate your options, ask questions, and feel confident in your choices.

In 2010, I experienced the stillbirth of my son at 39 weeks. That loss shaped my journey and led me to specialize in supporting families through pregnancy and infant loss. If you’re facing grief at any stage, I offer compassionate, understanding care—before, during, or after birth.
