Birth Doula packages start at $2,000. I am Carrot Fertility approved and can help you navigate getting reimbursed.

Birth is a powerful and personal journey. Having experienced both medicated and unmedicated births myself, I understand the range of preferences and emotions involved. My goal is to support you in creating a birth plan that aligns with your values, whether you're aiming for an intervention-free experience or planning to use pain relief. Whatever your path, I’m here to empower and support you every step of the way.

 

I believe deeply in the strength and wisdom of the birthing body. While I don’t offer medical advice or replace your provider, I’ll help you navigate your options, know what questions to ask, and feel confident in your choices.

In 2010, I experienced the stillbirth of my son at 39 weeks. That loss shaped my journey and led me to specialize in supporting families through pregnancy and infant loss. If you’re facing grief at any stage, I offer compassionate, understanding care before, during, or after birth.

Birth Doula with Couple

Prenatal Visits
I offer 1-3 prenatal visits to explore your birth plan, talk through any concerns, and build a strong connection. We'll reflect on past birth experiences, discuss your preferences, and go over comfort measures to help you feel supported and prepared.

Doula Support during Pregnancy

Labor Support

I offer personalized support during labor at your chosen location, whether at home or in the hospital. This includes hands-on comfort measures, emotional encouragement, and effective labor positioning techniques. I also guide your birth partner to be actively involved, helping create a calm, confident, and empowering birthing experience tailored to your needs.

Baby Stretches

Postpartum Support
Receive immediate postpartum support 1-2 hours after delivery to encourage bonding and breastfeeding. I also help with sibling introductions and support your family’s unique transition during these important early moments.

In Home Postpartum Visit

Benefit from an optional 1-2 hour postpartum visit, typically scheduled about a week or two after the birth. During this visit, I offer continued assistance with breastfeeding and newborn care, addressing any concerns or questions you may have about the birthing experience or caring for your newborn. This follow-up session is designed to provide ongoing support and guidance as you navigate the initial stages of parenthood, ensuring that you feel confident and well-informed.
