Birth Doula
Birth Doula packages start at $1,750. You can choose to add on any classes I offer and bundle services together for a 10% discount off the total price of doula services and class cost.

Whether your desire is for an intervention-free delivery or if you opt for some form of pain relief during labor, my goal is to support and empower you throughout the process. I firmly believe in the innate strength, capability and power of a woman's body to give birth. While I do not intend to replace your medical provider or offer medical advice, as you're doula, I am here to empower you in making informed decisions about the options presented during your pregnancy and labor. My role is to offer guidance and support as you navigate the journey of childbirth, fostering an environment where you feel heard, understood and empowered in your choices.
In 2010, I faced the heartbreaking loss of my son, who was stillborn at 39 weeks. This deeply personal experience compelled me to dedicate one of my doula trainings to acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to support families navigating the profound grief associated with loss at any gestational stage. Whether you seek assistance before, during, or after the birth, I am committed to providing empathetic and compassionate support during what may be one of the most challenging times in your life.
Free Consultation

Phone and Email Support

Prenatal Visits
I offer 1-2 visits during pregnancy to discuss your birth plan, address any concerns you may have, and establish a connection. These sessions provide an opportunity for us to get to know each other, delve into your past birth experiences, and identify aspects you liked or disliked. We will also go over various comfort measures, ensuring that your preferences and needs are thoroughly understood as we prepare for the upcoming birth journey.
Postpartum Support
Labor Support
Experience comprehensive labor support tailored to your preferences at your chosen birthing location, whether it be at the hospital or at home. This includes comfort measures, emotional support, and specialized labor positioning techniques. My aim is to facilitate your birth partner's active involvement in the birthing process, providing guidance on techniques to support you. Whether you prefer hands-on assistance or additional support from your birth partner, my goal is to create a positive and empowering birthing experience for you.
Receive immediate postpartum support after birth to facilitate bonding and breastfeeding. This comprehensive assistance extends to introducing your baby to other siblings, if applicable, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for the entire family. My focus is on providing valuable support during these crucial initial moments, fostering a nurturing environment for bonding and breastfeeding success while addressing the unique dynamics of your family structure.
In Home Postpartum Visit
Benefit from an optional postpartum visit, typically scheduled about a week or two after the birth. During this visit, I offer continued assistance with breastfeeding and newborn care, addressing any concerns or questions you may have about the birthing experience or caring for your newborn. This follow-up session is designed to provide ongoing support and guidance as you navigate the initial stages of parenthood, ensuring that you feel confident and well-informed.
